All orders are processed using a secure website. Under no circumstances will your information be sold or provided to any other company unless it is necessary in completing the process of your order fulfillment. Your e-mail address will be added to our data base for future mailings in regards to specials or company updates. If you do not wish to receive future mailings from us, please call or e-mail us and your contact informatin will be removed from our mailing list.
NOTE TO MERCHANTS: Your privacy policy has legal implications as well as implications for your business. Please research what assurances you want to make to buyers and ensure that your states policy matches with your business practices.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you are a customer who has a rental agreement with A & M Tent Events, your party supply order will be delivered at the same time as your rental equipment. If you are a local customer, please contact us and we will provide you with the date that your party supplies will be available for pick-up. Otherewise, shipping information is as follows: A minimum $10.00 flat rate will apply to orders under $100.00. For orders over $100.00 the shipping charge will be 10% of the total order cost. Unless expediated shipping is available, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
RETURN POLICY
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your party supply purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may send back your purchse and we will gladly refund the cost of the merchandise less a 25% restocking charge. Please note that shipping charge cannot be refunded and refused shipments will also receive a 25% restocking charge. All returns must be unbroken in their original wrap. All claims of damaged or shortage must be reported within 3 days of your receipt of shipment. All returns must be made within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
Other Information
Order changes cannot be accepted once your order has been placed. If you have an immediate change, please call us and we will make every effort to handle your change.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Certified Checks and Money Orders. No C.O.D. or Personal Checks unless payment is being made along with a rental equipment delivery order or a local pick-up.
